Delivery Policy

Our shipping time is typically standard shipping 2-5 working days and express 1-2 working days depending on stock availability and your location. However, please note that delivery times may vary, and some orders may take longer to arrive, especially for customers in remote areas. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter, and we will do our best to ensure your order is delivered to you as soon as possible.

Local Pickup

Our products are eligible for pickup, and payment for your order should be reflected accordingly. Once payment is received, we require up to 48 hours for the funds to clear in our account before you can collect your order. Please note that no proof of payment will be accepted as proof of collection; will contact you once your order is ready for collection in 1-2 business days 

No deliveries will be made on public holidays and during weekends.

Delivery is subject to stock availability at the time with distributors and is dependent on geographical location.

The delivery estimate will commence from when payment is reflecting in our bank account and not from the time of order.

Business days delivery means that delivery will take place before 4:30 pm the following business day only once payment has been received.
